Each capsule contains:

1. Testofen® Fenugreek (seed, Trigonella foenum-graecum) 33:1 extract equivalent to 6600mg of dry seed, standardized to 50% saponins**, 200mg

Directions

Adults (19 years and older) - Take 3 capsules per day with food. Take a few hours before or after other medications or natural health products. To promote physical performance: Use for a minimum of 8 weeks to see beneficial effects. For use beyond 12 weeks, consult a healthcare professional. 

Cautions & Warnings

Do not use if • you have or previously had breast cancer and/or breast tumors • you have a predisposition to breast cancer, as indicated by an abnormal mammogram and/or biopsy or a family member with breast cancer. Consult a healthcare professional prior to use if • you are pregnant • you are breastfeeding • you are attempting to conceive • you are taking hormone replacement therapies • you are taking birth control pills • you have a history of hormonal or gynaecological disease including endometriosis • you have uterine fibroids. Adult women: consult a healthcare professional if • you experience abnormal hair growth. Ensure you are up-to-date on mammograms and gynaecological evaluations prior to use and during continued use. Consult a healthcare professional prior to use if • you have a thyroid disease • you have diabetes • you have benign prostate hypertrophy • you have prostate cancer • you have been diagnosed with hypoactive sexual disorder • you have sexual dysfunction • you have erectile dysfunction • you suffer from any psychological disorder and/or condition such as frequent anxiety or depression. Stop use and consult a healthcare professional if you experience • breast pain • discomfort • tenderness • joint pain • hot flashes • irregular menstruation • chest pains • headaches • dizziness • shortness of breath • nosebleeds • blurred vision. When taking this product • consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended • some people may experience drowsiness.
