Gelatin, glycerine, natural citrus (lime) essential oil, purified water, vitamin E (soy). 

Directions

Adults (19 years and older) - Take 2 softgels, 1 - 2 times per day. For rheumatoid arthritis - Take 1 softgel, 3 times per day. For mood balancing - Take 1 softgel, 2 times per day.

Adolescents (14-18 years ) - Take 1 softgel, 1 - 2 times per day. Children (9-13 years) - Take 1 softgel per day.
