1. Lemon balm(herb top, Melissa officinalis) 4-6:1 extract equivalent to 800-1200mg of dry herb top**, 200mg

2. L-Theanine, 100mg

3. Passionflower(herb top, Passiflora incarnata) 7:1 extract equivalent to 700mg of dry herb top**, 100mg

4. Sensoril® Ashwagandha(root, leaf, Withania somnifera) 5:1 extract equivalent to 312.5mg of dry root, standardized to 32-45% withania oligosaccharides, 0.05 - 0.5% withaferin A, 10-20% withanolide glycosides*, 62.5mg

5. GABA(4-Aminobutyric acid), 50mg

6. German chamomile(flower, Matricaria chamomilla) 4:1 extract equivalent to 100mg of dry flower**, 25mg

Directions

Adults (19 years and older) - Take 2 capsules, 30 to 60 minutes before or at bedtime. Consult a healthcare professional for use beyond 12 weeks.
