Directions

Adults (19 years and older) - Take 1 scoop, 2 times per day with food and mix in 1-2 cups of water or juice. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. If you are on antibiotics, take at least 2-3 hours before or after. Ask a healthcare professional for use beyond 16 weeks.

Do not use this product if • you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment). Ask a healthcare professional prior to use if • you are pregnant • you are breastfeeding • you have a fever • you are vomiting •  you have bloody diarrhea • you have severe abdominal pain. Stop use and ask a healthcare professional if • symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen or persist beyond 3 days. When taking this product • zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency. If you are unsure whether you are taking enough copper, ask a healthcare professional prior to use.
