Each 5mL teaspoon contains:

• Iron(polysaccharide-iron complex), 20mg

• Ascorbic acid, citric acid, green apple flavour, potassium sorbate, purified water, sugars (xylitol, stevia), xanthan gum.

Directions

Adults (18 years and older) - Take 1 - 2 teaspoons per day with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
