Red yeast rice is derived from rice fermented with a specific type of yeast called Monascus purpureus. It contains natural compounds called monacolins that help lower low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol. It also inhibits the production of HMG-CoA, a molecule that leads to the production of cholesterol. 

CoQ10 ubiquinol reduces oxidative stress and converts food into energy. Added vitamin C enhances the absorption of CoQ10 while also providing beneficial antioxidants. A low dose of vitamin D3 offers a protective effect by improving the lining of blood vessel walls, while choline helps to reduce inflammation and prevent the accumulation of fats in the liver. Lecithin is a natural fatty substance that is believed to help balance cholesterol levels by emulsifying fats and transporting fats and cholesterol out of the body.

Each vegetable capsule contains:

1. Red yeast rice(whole, Monascus purpurea), 300mg

2. Free plant sterols(seed, Glycine max) standardized to 90% combined beta- sitosterol, campesterol and stigmasterol, 200mg

3. Ubiquinol(Kaneka™ ubiquinol)*, 25mg

4. Choline(bitartrate), 15mg

5. Lecithin(seed, Glycine max), 15mg

6. Vitamin C(ascorbic acid), 10mg

7. Vitamin D3(cholecalciferol), 12.5mcg (500IU)

Directions

Adults (19 years and older) - Take 1 capsule, 2 times per day. Take with food. Ask a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 24 weeks.
