Recommended Use

Helps to relieve the symptoms associated with menopause such as hot flashes, night sweats, paresthesia, insomnia, nervousness, vertigo, fatigue, rheumatic pain and vaginal dryness. Helps support healthy mood balance during menopause.

Directions

Adult women (19 years and older) - Take 1 capsule, 2 times per day. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. For sleep quality: use for a minimum of 8 weeks to see beneficial effects.
