Each softgel contains:
Phosphatidylserine-enriched soy lecithin (seed, Glycine max) standardized to 20% phosphatidylserine, 125mg
DL-Alpha Lipoic Acid, 100mg
Ginkgo biloba(leaf, Ginkgo biloba) 50:1 extract equivalent to 2000mg of dry leaf, standardized to 24% flavonoid glycosides, 6% terpene lactones, 40mg
Bacopa(herb top, Bacopa monnieri) standardized to 55% bacosides A & B, 37.5mg
L-alpha-glycerophosphorylcholine(choline alfoscerate), 25mg
Vitamin B6(pyridoxal-5-phosphate), 6.25mg
Vitamin B12(methylcobalamin), 250mcg

Directions
