Directions
Adults (18 years and older) - Take 1 capsule, 2 times per day. Ask a healthcare professional for use beyond 3 months. For osteoarthritis joint pain: Use for at least 1 month to see beneficial effects.

Do not use if • you are pregnant or breastfeeding • you are trying to conceive • you have a bleeding disorder • you have hypotension • you have infertility issues. Ask a healthcare professional prior to use if • you have stomach ulcers, excess stomach acid, or oesophageal reflux • you have cardiovascular disorder • you have immune system disorder • you have diabetes. Ask a healthcare professional prior to use if you are taking • immunosuppressants • antiplatelets • anticoagulants • hypotensives • antidiabetic medications • other medications or supplements. Ask a healthcare professional if • symptoms persist or worsen. When taking this product • gastrointestinal symptoms (epigastric pain, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea), headache, loss of appetite, rash and urticaria have been known to occur, in which case discontinue use • hypersensitivity/allergy has been known to occur in which case discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children.
